We apply five treatments in a single visit — one to kill active weeds, one to block the next wave, one to boost color and vibrancy, one to thicken turf and roots, and one to prime your soil for absorption. You don't need to be home.

Because spreading them out is slower, not better. The treatments we use are designed to work together. Applying them at the same time creates a compounding effect that you can't get from one treatment every six weeks.

Day 45 is a targeted follow-up — we treat anything that survived the KickStarter and apply additional treatments to keep the momentum going. Day 60 is the final visit with spot spraying, any remaining touch-ups, and your after photos.

Yes. Once the treatments dry — usually a couple of hours — your lawn is safe for kids, pets, and bare feet. We’ll let you know the expected dry time for your specific visit.

Every lawn is different — soil type, shade, grass variety, how far gone it is. We can’t guarantee a specific result on a specific timeline because that depends on factors neither of us control. What we can guarantee: you’ll get the most aggressive treatment plan available, applied at the maximum rates Georgia law allows. If you want to know what’s realistic for your specific yard, we’ll be straight with you on the scheduling call. And if you’re not happy with where things are headed, there’s no contract — you can walk away anytime.

If you decide to continue with our year-round lawn care program after your 60 days, we apply your full $249 as a credit toward your monthly cost. Year-round typically runs $65–$85/month depending on lawn size, with treatments every 6–8 weeks. No contracts.
